KOREC have provided solutions for a variety of Archaeology projects, working with organisations such as English Heritage, National Trust and Channel 4’s Time Team.
Trimble Survey GPS has been utilised to record positional information to centimetre accuracy, often to recreate 3D models or reconstructions of the landscape being surveyed.  Trimble’s GIS Mapping solutions are also used extensively, the Time Team often processing recorded data within a GIS environment (ESRI ArcGIS)

BIM

BIM is a process, a process of generating and managing building data during its life cycle. It is not a suite of slick software. Typically, BIM is a 3D representation of a building, made up of individual building components that contain specific information about themselves… location, material, dimensions, manufacturer, fire rating and carbon footprint to name a few.

The KOREC team have extensive experience providing solutions for rail projects, with Civil Engineering survey products ranging from Robotic Total Stations to BIM products.
