GIS/Mapping Technical Support Analyst – Ireland

We are seeking a GIS/Mapping Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support and training to our customers on mapping solutions. This is a home/office-based role, allowing you to work remotely or from any of our offices located in Dublin, Craigavon, and Limerick.

As a GIS/Mapping Technical Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping our customers get the most out of their mapping solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a dynamic team to resolve customer issues.

  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our mapping solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Work collaboratively with the KOREC Technical Support Team to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify and solve problems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with new product developments and industry trends

  • Qualification or experience in the GIS/Mapping field (or similar) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge/experience of the survey or construction/civils industry would also be an advantage, but not strictly necessary
  • Strong IT skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A valid driving license
