Business Development Executive

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to help accelerate KOREC’s continued growth. As a dedicated Business Development Executive, you will help KOREC to develop a strong inbound lead generation strategy alongside our digital marketing initiatives.  You will undertake direct engagement with the market and be responsible for bringing new business opportunities to KOREC.

KOREC is Trimble’s largest distributor of positioning solutions and surveying equipment in the UK and Ireland.

  • Excellent ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively in discussions with customers
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  • Research new potential customers and generate lists of prospects based on defined personas
  • Directly engage with prospects through cold calls and social media
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Qualify prospects and generate potential deals for the sales team
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to help communicate campaigns to the prospective customer base
  • Engaging within the industry through social selling and networking
  • Increase awareness of the KOREC brand and product portfolio
  • Maintain accurate recording of all activity and prospective leads using our CRM system
  • Emboldened by challenges and carrying out other duties and tasks as and when required
  • Comply with Health and Safety processes to safeguard the interests of the business, our employees, and customers
  • Great networking skills

  • Experience and contacts within the Geospatial industry
  • Awareness/experience of survey technology and applications
  • Proven social selling experience
  • Knowledge of Sales Navigator
  • Drive, energy, enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated
