Warehouse & Hire Assistant – Dublin

We are currently looking to fill the role of  Warehouse & Hire Assistant in our busy Dublin office.  The purpose of this role is to handle warehouse functions including stock management and assist with hire order preparation.

Full details are below however the main attributes we are looking for are a great attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.


  • Take in deliveries, process the stock and allocate the stock to warehouse locations
  • Control the flow of sale stock in the warehouse security cage area
  • Co-ordinate warehouse stock takes with the UK representatives
  • Maintain the warehouse condition and cleanliness
  • Dispatch sales stock & repairs back to the customers as required
  • Prepare and take in KOREC hire equipment
  • Maintain the hire documentation with the flow of kits in and out of the building
  • File the necessary hire documentation and document scans on the database
  • Liaise with customers and co-ordinate collection and deliveries with couriers
  • Delivery and collection of KOREC hire equipment from site in company vehicle

  • Flexible, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a Team Player
  • Full driving license

  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with construction/plant/survey equipment industry
