We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and creative individual to join us as a Geospatial Training Specialist. This role can either be office or home based, although flexibility to travel to both KOREC UK offices and other locations when required is essential.

Deliver training courses at KOREC’s offices and at customers locations nationwide.
The training relates to software and equipment sold by KOREC and on common topographic & measured building survey, construction and GIS data capture and processing workflows.
Creation of training materials, both for online and in person delivery, the maintenance of KOREC’s existing training materials and the creation of video tutorials for customers.
Providing Technical Support duties to assist with leave or sickness cover. This role will suit someone who enjoys engaging with people and has good written and verbal communication skills. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and video/media software is an advantage.
There is the opportunity to become involved in the promotion of training courses and support materials through social media and the delivery of webinars.
Deliver training to KOREC customers
Assist regional support teams in the preparation for and the delivery of training to KOREC customers
Deliver training to KOREC staff members
Maintain and develop KOREC’s existing training materials
Develop new course materials both for in person and online delivery
Build training course web pages based on the Thinkific platform
Log training attendance to the KOREC CRM and manage production of training certificates
Manage the printing of course materials via an online library
Help manage central training resources and equipment
Creation of customer support focused user guides in document and video form
Provide cover for support staff on an occasional basis
Assist in the promotion of KOREC training courses and support resources
Degree level education and geospatial work experience, such as GIS, land survey, measured building survey, BIM and site engineering
Prior experience of training course development and delivery is an advantage
