Technical Support Analyst – Dublin

We are currently looking to fill the permanent role of Technical Support Analyst. The main duties of the successful candidate will be providing KOREC customers with training and technical support on our geospatial and mapping solutions.

This is an office-based role operating from KOREC’s Dublin office.  As such the candidate would be located within commuting distance of the Dublin office. When appropriate the role also allows for working from home.

A qualification in mapping/geospatial/construction/civils (or similar) would be an advantage.  Knowledge/experience of the mapping/geospatial/construction/civils industry would also be an advantage. But neither are strictly necessary – full training on all aspects of the role will be provided by KOREC.

The successful candidate will be organised and motivated with an aptitude for problem solving and handling IT issues.  The ability to work as part of the KOREC Team and to communicate well with customers is key to the role.
