Service Technician – Ireland

We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Technician to join our busy workshop.

Our Dublin location has a state of the art, recently refurbished workshop which provides an open and covid secure environment.

We are expanding our workshop team and would like to add an additional Technician to that team.

Experience of electronic fault finding and repairs is essential, with experience of survey equipment calibration and repair strongly desirable, however we will provide full Trimble Certified training in the Trimble product range so we welcome applicants with experience of other industries.

  • Carry out service, calibration and repairs of Trimble equipment
  • Prepare and configure equipment for sales or hire to the required specifications
  • Carry out all tasks to the required manufacturer and KOREC standards
  • Follow current service procedures and provide input as appropriate for ongoing improvement
  • Ensure all documentation is correct and systems updated as appropriate
  • Ensure product knowledge is continually developed to support product improvements and service updates

  • Experience of electronic fault finding and repairs
  • Strongly Desirable: Experience of survey/geospatial equipment repairs & maintenance
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and can-do attitude
  • Desire to develop knowledge of technology
