Sales Office Administrator

We are keen to expand our team based at our Huntingdon Operations Centre.

Our Sales Office Administrator will support the busy Sales Admin Team with a variety of adminstrative tasks, expanding knowledge of all Sales Admin processes over time to progress towards a Sales Co-ordinator role, managing complex and high value orders.

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide courtesy emails to customers after delivery
  • Handle inbound accessory price enquiries
  • Filing & Scanning sales admin documents
  • Obtaining and filing Proof of Delivery information after orders have been delivered
  • Entry level order processing for accessories and other simple orders
  • General administrative tasks
  • Carry out other duties and tasks as and when required
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations to safeguard the interests of the business, our people and customers

  • Some office/admin experience
  • Good computer skills (MS Office/Teams etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Keen to learn and develop towards Sales Co-ordinator position (handling complex and
    high value orders)
