The successful candidate will help by providing support in the following areas:

• 1st and 2nd line hardware and software support
• Networking
• Communications
• Reporting
• 3rd Party liaison
• Procurement
• Project planning and implementation
• Carry out other duties and tasks as and when required
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations to safeguard the interests of the business, our people and customers

While training/overviews will be provided on any necessary system the candidate must be able to troubleshoot a problem independently, as such an IT qualification or experience in an IT role would be desirable.

The successful candidate will help run the entire IT infrastructure of the company, knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous:

• Windows 10, Server, Hyper-V
• Networking
• InspHire, Microsoft Great Plains
• Office 365
• Gamma Horizon
• Database Management
• Qlikview
• IT Security
• Active Directory
