Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative individual to join our Marketing team as our Digital Campaign Manager.

This role would suit someone who is a self-starter, is flexible, loves variety in their work, and enjoys the rush of working to tight deadlines.  The role is flexible and home-based, and comes with the opportunity for travel both within the UK, Ireland and abroad.

JOB PURPOSE

Your role will be the design, creation and implementation of KOREC’s marketing campaigns.  You will work closely with the wider Sales & Marketing teams to develop exciting, engaging & informative campaigns that will vary from product launches and special offers, to brand-awareness and brand-building.  You will also play an active role in the organisation and running of events – varying in scale from local customer-centric events to larger, national exhibitions.

 

You will be responsible for managing the majority of KOREC’s marketing campaigns across our digital marketing channels – namely, our website, paid advertising, social media channels, webinars, and email marketing.  You will work closely with our PR Manager and our Digital Marketing Apprentice to ensure our campaigns are fully-aligned across all channels – both digital and print.

As such, your role will include the design & creation of landing pages, digital pdfs, marketing emails, videos and gifs for distribution across our channels.  You will also be responsible for budgeting and measuring the success (for example reach or RoI) of each campaign you run.

Finally, you will communicate and work closely with our partners – including our product suppliers and 3rd parties such as our SEO agency.

  • Proven experience of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in the Adobe suite of products, including InDesign, Photoshop & Premiere Pro
  • Proven experience of utilising a digital marketing platform (for example Hubspot or Mailchimp)
  • Strong skills in video production, including filming/recording and editing
  • Experience of using Google Ads
  • Experience of utilising LinkedIn Advertising
  • Knowledge and awareness of SEO
  • An outgoing & friendly personality, with a can-do attitude, full of ideas and creativity
  • Excellent attention-to-detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • A desire to provide an excellent level of service to our customer base
  • Multi-tasker – ability to work on multiple tasks at once and switch quickly from one to another
  • Ability to work calmly and quickly under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

  • A degree in Marketing or similar creative / graphic course
  • An interest / skill in photography and videography
  • Experience in working in a B2B environment
  • An interest in technology
