GPS Antenna files

This file enables Trimble office software to recognise antenna types from information contained within imported data files. Updating this regularly helps to keep on top of the regular developments in antenna technology.

OS Active Template for TGO

Although we no longer maintain an active template to be used as a background for the processing of GNSS survey data in TGO this directory contains a readme file giving guidance on how to process the data without using an active template.
(There is also a set of projection/geoid files in there that should be in the next directory)

OSTN02 Projection and Geoid Files for TSC

These files are used to define the transformation from WGS84 GNSS observations into OSTN02 coordinates and OSGM02 levels during realtime corrected surveys (VRS, etc…). There are files available for Survey Controller up to v12.4 along with another set for Survey Controller from v12.41 and Trimble Access. The files for SC v12.40 and earlier can also be used in SCS900 site controller software.

TIF convertor

The Tiff converter converts Raster imagery from Tiff to ECW which enables it to be used by FastMap as background mapping.

Total Station Tolerance Calculator

A utility that has been developed to allow the calculation of how much error should be expected in measurements observed using any total stations. The user inputs the tolerances specified on the instrument data sheet and can then enter an observation length, angle or both to calculate the systematic errors that can be expected over those measured values

Trimble Coordinate System Update

Provides an update to the coordinate system information used in the Coordinate System Manager and applied when setting up GNSS data processing projects in TGO and TBC

VectorDraw File Converter

This utility is used to convert drawing files between AutoDesk DWG/DXF formats and the VectorDraw VDF format used in GeoSite 5 and FastMap applications.
The installation can be used as a standalone to make this conversion or can be used to reinstall the utility as used by the above software applications if necessary.
