The Trimble GEDO CE Trolley System comprises a multi-function highly accurate track measuring device along with field and office software that is is approved for use by Network Rail on all its infrastructure (Certificate of Acceptance Number PA05/04029). Initially designed around the specification and requirements of the German Rail Authority (Deutsche Bahn AG) the system has evolved since 1998 and is now sold to countries all over the world including Australia, Belgium, China (over 150 systems), France, Greece, Italy, Ireland and the UK.
