Trimble SPS620 and SPS720 Robotic Total Stations
Contact us about this product
The new Trimble® SPS620 and SPS720 Robotic Total Stations feature advanced measurement capabilities at a competitive price point and are ideal for work on smaller site operations. In addition, the Trimble SPS630, SPS730 and SPS930 Universal Total Stations now include scanning capability, the industry's fastest servos, and Trimble DR PlusTM technology for work at longer range.
The new SPS620 and SPS720 Robotic Total Stations offer a cost-effective solution for construction site measurement and stakeout operations in Servo, Autolock, or Robotic mode. Both models provide a robotic operating range of 500 meters, making them ideal for smaller site operations and work on structures such as bridges or culverts.
The SPS620 and SPS720 use the Trimble DR Standard short-range reflectorless EDM technology for single-shot measurements and operate with TSC2®, TCU, or Trimble Tablet running the SCS900 Site Controller Software. The SPS620 provides 5 arc second accuracy in the vertical and horizontal angles. The SPS720 provides 3 arc second accuracy in the horizontal angle and 2 arc second accuracy in the vertical, and is well suited to more accurate site positioning work.
The Trimble SPS630, SPS730 and SPS930 Universal Total Stations now include the long-range EDM performance of Trimble DR Plus technology, making them capable of direct reflex measurements at more than double the range of previous models. The longer range allows for fewer instrument set-ups and easier access to more locations, saving operators time and improving productivity.
The SPS630, SPS730, and SPS930 Servo Scanners now come equipped with the industry's fastest servos, which provide rapid coverage of surfaces during scan or profiling operations. In addition, they offer 3Hz scanning capability for four times faster scanning of surface areas such as deep cuts, rock faces and stockpiles.
Contractors can quickly and easily collect points on a stockpile, in a quarry, or in other dangerous locations that are not easily accessible.
