The MC-1 is a self-contained laser receiver and visual display that is designed for use on a backhoe or trencher. It enables the machine operator to take elevation readings from the control seat. The electronics are housed in a heavy-duty aluminium extrusion, and provide 8 inches (205mm) of receiving height in a 120-degree arc.
The bright LED grade display can be seen at a distance, and provides 5 channels of information, high, high fine, on grade, low fine, and low. Controls consist of an on/off switch, and a switch to control the brightness of the LED display.
