Faulty Goods

If a customer recieves faulty goods, they will be returned back to ourselves, free of charge, and given a full refund, replaced or repaired if preferred.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order upto 7 working days, the day after receipt of goods, on condition that the goods are returned in good condition, unused and in working order. This must be done in writing to Operations Manager, KOREC Direct, 34-44 Mersey View, Brighton Le Sands, Liverpool, L22 6QB. Full Details are required. Goods returned, are at the cost of the customer. If the goods are collected, a deduction will be made from the refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Buyer is liable for any goods returned within the 7 working day period that arrives damaged due to poor packing on the Buyers part.

Cancellations after 7 working days are subject to a 25% re stocking charge.
