Delivery Promises:
We offer a next-day delivery service on items to be shipped to UK Mainland.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately, inform you when it will be in stock and then get hold of it as quickly as possible. WHEN WE RECEIVE IT we will send it to you by next-day delivery.

We will confirm dispatch of a web order by email and if in the unlikely your chosen delivery date cannot be met, we will notify you at the earliest possible moment.

Delivery, post, packing and Costs.
Goods are delivered by a courier of our choice. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we will need a signature when the delivery is made. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the earliest delivery day would be Tuesday.

No extra delivery charges will be made if the item(s) were faulty on delivery. They will be picked up and returned to you (once repaired or replaced if necessary) free of charge.

*Export Delivery charges quoted on this site are only intended as a guide. We reserve the right to modify charges should they be significantly different from those quoted, although we will always inform you should this be necessary.

Unlike many UK based retail web sites we aim to provide our export customers with the same range of services as our UK customers. It is possible to order goods online for delivery to most countries worldwide. However, due to the wide range and specialist nature of our products it is not always possible to work out a precise delivery charge online.

If the delivery charges are likely to be significantly different to those estimated on our site we will contact you, with the option of paying the exact charges or cancelling / modifying your order.

Delivery can be made to any address, providing the Card Holders full details are supplied. If the delivery is to an address other than the cardholders – then we require a nominated person to receive the goods and sign for them on delivery.

Delivery costs are exclusive of VAT at 17.5% (unless outside of the UK – other rates may apply) and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

Product Availability:
Every effort is made to keep products in stock. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, the customer will be informed and advised an estimated delivery date. The customer will be given the option to cancel the order or wait for the goods.
