Trimble Takes Centre Stage at Croke Park
KOREC Ireland have introduced a new member of the Trimble family to Croke Park this week, not Andrew Trimble, but Trimble SPS, from Trimble’s range of specialist survey equipment. The KOREC team have been helping with the preparations ahead of this weekend’s U2 concert at Croke Park, using some of Trimble’s most advanced surveying equipment to prepare for the staging which is being put in place on the Croke Park pitch.
Whilst carrying out the survey work the KOREC team bumped into former Irish Taoiseach and persuaded him to lend a hand with some of the work - well at least to take advantage of a Trimble photo-opportunity!
The Croke Park pitch is currently being dug up ahead of the U2 gig, to prepare for the installation of their massive 550-tonne stage set.
Pictured with Bertie are KOREC’s own Liam Murphy and Mark Poveda, and if anyone is interested Mark has a couple of tickets available for Saturday night’s show!
