Trimble’s Rail division are continuing to underline their commitment to the rail industry with attendance at a number of key industry events in the upcoming months. Hot on the heels of Trimble and KOREC’s support of the recent Infrarail exhibition  and our own recent Technology Day, Trimble and KOREC will be presenting our rail solutions across Europe.

Ron Bisio, Trimble’s Railway Industry Business Area Director, will be presenting at ESRI’s Third Annual International Rail GIS Summit alongside Network Rail who will discuss their Roadmap for GIS. This free, two-day meeting takes place at the International Union of Railways (UIC) Headquarters in Paris on the 13th and 14th June and will bring together professionals who use GIS for rail infrastructure planning, construction and maintenance, property acquisition and management, safety and security, and many other aspects of rail system operations. Next up for KOREC with Trimble Rail is the London Rail Conference which is taking place at the CBI Conference Centre on June 20th in London. KOREC are an event partner and our Rail Consultant Matthew Lock will be attending and exhibiting the popular Trimble GEDO Track Measuring system.

Looking as far ahead as September Trimble will be exhibiting at the InnoTrans event which takes place between the 18-21 of September.

Prior to that KOREC will be holding a couple of Rail Events of our own, utilising the Rail Alliance facility in Long Marston, Stratford on Avon. These will be a series of outdoor events where guests will be able to get ‘hands-on’ with the Trimble solutions utilising some of the onsite track.
